In exchange for
a sponsorship grant, sponsored
organizations agree to the include the following:
(1) an
active back-link to www.TheEventLine.com
on your organization's website
for at least one year. This can be on a page indicated as a sponsors or
supporters page or on a news page describing your event's success. But
the page must not be hidden and must not be more than 2 clicks away
from your homepage with active linkage back to your homepage (ie:
homepage -> list of evens -> event description (with
www.theeventline.com link).
(2) include TheEventLine.com's logo
and its www.TheEventLine.com
web address in any
literature for the sponsored event.
This would include any brochures, posters, literature or other advertising.
(3) if the
grant exceeds $50 you must send TheEventLine.com, Inc. an IRS approved
donation letter on your organization's letterhead acknowledging the grant
and amount. Examples are available upon request.
(3) if the
grant is $500 or more, you agree to 3 addition after event steps. These
will take 5-10 minutes each (small compared to the money given): (a)
send TheEventLine.com a testimonial (thank you) letter, (b) leave
positive feedback
must be left on a website to be named (usually Google
Local), and (c) leave positive feedback on your our TheEventLine.com's
Facebook webpage.
(4) TheEventLine.com
must receive all other benefits provided to equivalent sponsors
(sponsors of the same or lower contribution amount).

A
copy of all publications, a log of all announcements and the logo web
link must be sent to TheEventLine.com, Inc. within 10 days after your
event to demonstrate the terms of the sponsorship have been met. Failure
to meet these terms voids the sponsorship and any amount given becomes
fully payable without regard to partial completion.
---Sponsorships are real money! The cost is real and grants must be treated as
such. You agree to complete these within 30
days after your event or immediately REPAY THE GRANT if you fail to do
so or do anything contrary to the requirements.
